Rule 15 Notice of Formal Proceedings

If the Supreme Court concludes that formal proceedings should be instituted, it shall appoint a Prosecutor for the disciplinary matter. Based on the Investigator’s recommendation report, the Prosecutor shall file a Notice of Formal Proceedings, which shall serve as the charging document in the case.
