Rule 23 Investigator’s Representation Before the Supreme Court
Rule Text
If the Supreme Court accepts a recommendation by the Investigator of discipline or temporary removal, the Investigator may designate or retain counsel, which will be reimbursed by the Supreme Court, to represent the Investigator in any hearings or matters before the Supreme Court involving matters recommended by the Investigator. This Rule is merely for the purpose of required appearances or testimony before the Supreme Court for a formal hearing and does not affect Rule 11, which provides absolute immunity.
