Rule 11 Immunity
Rule Text
(a) Absolute Immunity. The Investigator, any judge, and staff shall be absolutely immune from suit for all good faith conduct in the course of their official duties as part of a judicial discipline investigation and proceeding.
(b) Immunity From Civil Suits. No civil lawsuit predicated thereon may be instituted against any complainant or witness, subject to Rule 11(c).
(c) Forfeiture of Privileges. If a complaint is false, or a witness provides false testimony, and it was made with full knowledge that it was false, the complainant or witness will lose the privileges accorded by these rules.
