Rule 29 Dispositions Following Hearing

The Supreme Court may make any of the following dispositions after a formal hearing:

(a) Dismissal of complaint;

(b) Privately informing the judge that their conduct may be violative of the NMI Code of Judicial Conduct;

(c) Proposing professional counseling or assistance for the judge;

(d) Order of sanctions; or

(e) Any other disposition the Court deems appropriate in the interests of justice and judicial integrity.
