Rule 39 Disposition

If, after hearing or after considering the record and Investigator’s recommendation report, the Supreme Court finds that the Subject Judge has a temporary or permanent disability, the Supreme Court may make any of the following dispositions or sanctions as described in Rule 29 and Rule 31.
