Rule 35 Complaint of Disability

Upon receiving a complaint indicating that a judge may have a disability that substantially interferes in the performance of their judicial duties, the Clerk of Court shall notify the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. If the complaint is against the Chief Justice, it shall be directed to the next most senior justice of the Supreme Court. The Chief Justice or designee Justice shall conduct the initial screening pursuant to Rule 7.
