Article I: Applicability of Rules

(a) Scope of Rules.
(1) These rules govern procedure in proceedings before the Northern Mariana Islands (“NMI”) Supreme Court.
(2) When these rules provide for filing a motion or other document in the Superior Court, the procedure must comply with the Commonwealth Superior Court Rules of Practice.
