This rule no longer contains any active requirements. It used to cover a Review Commission, but that commission was eliminated in 2006.

The work that commission used to do was handed over to the Supreme Court Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure. Nothing in this rule affects people involved in traffic cases.
