Sec 2.2 Organization

Each year, the Commission holds a meeting to set up its leadership for the coming year. The members choose a chairman and a vice-chairman from within their own group, and these two people serve in those roles for one year.

The Commission can also create other leadership positions if it decides they are needed. It gets to decide how long those additional officers will serve. This gives the Commission flexibility to organize itself in whatever way works best each year.
