Sec 4.2 Organization

Every year, the Professional Responsibility Tribunal holds a meeting to get organized for the year ahead. During this meeting, the members pick a Chief Master and a Vice-Chief Master from among themselves. These two leaders serve for one year before the group picks again.

The Tribunal can also create other leadership positions if they decide it would help them get their work done. They get to choose how long those other positions last, based on what makes sense for the group at the time.

For people involved in disciplinary cases, this rule mainly explains how the Tribunal runs itself behind the scenes. It shows that the group has clear leadership in place and updates that leadership each year.
