Sec 4.3 Removal

Here's a plain English summary of this rule:

If someone sits on the Tribunal, they can be removed from that role if there's a good reason for it. The person or group who originally appointed that member is also the one who has the power to remove them. Once a member is removed, that same appointing authority is responsible for picking someone new to fill the empty spot.

If a member disagrees with being removed, they have a way to challenge it. They can file a civil appeal to have the removal reviewed by the Court. This gives the removed member a chance to make their case and ensures the decision isn't final without some outside check on it.
