Art II Sec 3 The Board of Governors

The Board of Governors runs the hiring process for the Oklahoma Bar Association's top staff position. They choose the Executive Director, who acts as the main administrator for the organization.

The Board also has the power to hire other staff members as needed. This gives them the flexibility to bring on enough people to keep the bar association running smoothly and to make sure these bylaws are actually put into practice.
