Art II Sec 4 Eligibility

To hold a leadership role in the Oklahoma Bar Association, a person must be an active member in good standing. This includes serving as an officer, an official of the Bar, a member of the House of Delegates, or a delegate representing the Association at House of Delegates meetings or American Bar Association events.

In simple terms, only lawyers who are current on their membership and don't have any standing issues with the Bar can take on these roles. If someone isn't an active member, or if they're not in good standing for some reason, they can't serve in these positions.
