Art III Sec 3 Uncontested Election

If only one person is running for a position when nominations close, there's no need for a vote. That person automatically wins the office. The Executive Director will then make an official announcement declaring that candidate elected.

This rule simply saves time and resources when an election isn't actually contested. Instead of holding a vote with just one name on the ballot, the bar association moves straight to confirming that candidate's win.
