Art VIII Sec 7 Duration of Legislative Programs or Endorsements

Once the Oklahoma Bar Association adds a bill to its Legislative Program, or officially supports the idea behind a bill, that support lasts for three years. The bar association doesn't need to keep voting on it every year to keep that support active.

There are only two ways this support can end early. First, the delegates can vote to remove it from the program before the three years are up, as long as a majority of those voting agree. Second, the support automatically ends if the bill actually becomes law, since at that point there's nothing left to push for.

After three years pass without either of these things happening, the support simply expires on its own.
