§ 1105 Judgment and reversal, submission without suit.

If two people agree to let a judge decide their dispute without filing a full lawsuit, the judge's decision still works like a normal court judgment. This means the person who loses will likely have to pay court costs, just like in a regular case.

The judgment can also be enforced the same way any other court judgment can be enforced. For example, if someone doesn't pay what they owe, the winning side can use normal legal tools to collect it.

Finally, if someone wants to appeal the decision, they can do that too, just as they would with a judgment from a regular lawsuit. The only exception is if the people involved had specifically agreed to different rules when they submitted their dispute to the court.
