§ 1511 Judgment on partition.

When property is divided among owners by court-appointed commissioners, and nobody objects to how they divided it, the court will approve that division and make it final. Once the judge signs off on it, the division of the property is permanent.

This means the owners each get their separate share, and that split cannot be easily undone later. If you disagree with how the property was divided, you must file an objection (called an exception) before the court approves the report. Once the judgment is entered without any objections, the division stands forever.
