§ 1821 Short title.

This law is called the "District Court Mediation Act." That's the official name you'll see if the law is mentioned in other legal documents or court papers.

The name itself tells you what the law covers. It deals with mediation, which is a process where a neutral person helps people in a lawsuit try to work out their disagreement without going through a full trial. Mediation happens through the district court system, which is the regular trial court in Oklahoma.
