§ 390 Repealed by Laws 1984, c. 164, § 32, eff. Nov. 1, 1984.

This rule no longer exists. Oklahoma lawmakers removed it from the books back in 1984, and the repeal took effect on November 1 of that year.

If you're looking at older documents or cases that reference Rule 390, keep in mind it doesn't apply anymore. Any legal question that used to be covered by this rule would now be handled under different, current rules. If you need to know how a particular issue is handled today, you'll want to check the current version of Title 12 rather than relying on this repealed section.
