§ 390.1 Repealed by Laws 1982, c. 198, § 16.

This section no longer applies. It was officially removed from Oklahoma's civil procedure laws back in 1982.

If you come across a reference to this rule in an older document or case, know that it's no longer active law. You'll want to check current Oklahoma statutes to find whatever rule may have replaced it or to confirm that this area of law is now handled differently.
