Administrative suspension and revocation of a court reporter for failure to obtain the required hours of continuing education and/or properly file the continuing education compliance report in any calendar year, shall be as provided in the Rules of the State Board of Examiners of Certified Court Reporters. The formal disciplinary procedures provided for by these rules have no application to suspensions and revocations based solely on failure to obtain or report the required hours of continuing education.
