§ 105 Officers may disperse assembly and arrest offenders - Commanding aid.

If a group of people gathers and refuses to break up after being told to leave, the law allows certain officials to step in. Two magistrates or officers can call on other people to help them handle the situation.

These officials get to decide how to break up the crowd and arrest anyone who is causing trouble. They have the power to act however they think is needed to get the crowd to disperse and to take offenders into custody.

This rule basically backs up law enforcement's authority to break up gatherings that won't leave when ordered, and lets them recruit extra help if the crowd is too large or unruly to handle alone.
