§ 47 Discharge on giving bond.

If you're being held in jail because you couldn't pay bail, you don't have to stay locked up until your court date. Once you're able to come up with the bail money or bond, a local judge, whether that's a county justice of the peace or a city judge, can let you out right away.

This rule basically gives these local judges the power to release you as soon as you post the bond that was set for your case. You don't need to wait for a special hearing or extra paperwork beyond providing the security that was already ordered. Once you pay it, the judge can sign off on your release immediately.
