Rule 6 Review of Rules for Management of County Law Libraries

If you think a rule about how county law libraries are run needs to change, you have the right to ask the Oklahoma Supreme Court to change it. You can ask them to add something new or remove something that already exists.

To make this request, you have to put it in writing. Your letter needs to clearly say that you want to change the Rules for Management of County Law Libraries. You also need to spell out exactly what change you want and explain why you think that change should happen.

Once you write your request, you send the original plus two copies to the Administrative Director of the Courts. This gives the court everything they need to review your idea and decide whether to make the change.
