§ 133.067 [1991 c.824 §2; 1995 c.292 §2; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §72]

This rule no longer exists. It was passed in 1991, changed in 1995, and then completely removed from the law in 1999.

Because it was repealed, this rule has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older court documents or case files that reference this rule, keep in mind it was replaced or eliminated by the Oregon legislature over 25 years ago. You'll want to check current Oregon criminal procedure law to find whatever rule may have taken its place.

If you're dealing with a case that involves this old rule number, it's a good idea to talk to a lawyer who can tell you what law actually applies now.
