§ 133.072 [1983 c.661 §10; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §72]

This rule no longer applies. It was originally passed in 1983 as part of Oregon's criminal procedure laws, but lawmakers later removed it in 1999.

Because it has been repealed, there is nothing here that affects current criminal cases. If you're looking at older case files or documents that mention this rule, know that it was in effect for a period of years but is no longer part of Oregon law today. You would need to look at current statutes to find any rule that may have replaced it or covers similar ground.
