§ 136.530 [Renumbered 136.420]

This rule number no longer contains its own text. It was renumbered and moved to ORS 136.420. If you're looking for the actual rule content, you'll need to check that section instead.

Oregon periodically reorganizes its law numbering to keep related topics grouped together in a logical way. When this happens, the old number stays in place as a marker so people don't get lost, but it simply points you to the new location rather than repeating the same information twice.

If you're researching a case or trying to understand your rights, make sure you're looking at ORS 136.420 for the current, accurate version of this rule. Using the old number could lead you to outdated or incomplete information.
