§ 142.090 [Amended by 1973 c.836 §78; renumbered 133.465]

This rule number no longer contains active text. The original rule was changed back in 1973 and later given a new number, 133.465. If you're looking for the current version of this rule, you'll need to check under that new section number instead.

Renumbering like this happens sometimes when Oregon reorganizes its law books to keep related rules grouped together. The content didn't disappear, it just lives somewhere else now. So if someone points you to Rule 142.090, the actual rule you want to read is now found at 133.465.
