§ 142.100 [Amended by 1973 c.836 §79; renumbered 133.470]

This entry doesn't contain an actual rule you can read and follow. Instead, it's a legal citation note that tells you what happened to this law over time.

Here's what it means: Rule 142.100 used to exist, but Oregon lawmakers changed it in 1973. As part of that change, this rule was given a new number. It's now found at Rule 133.470 instead. This kind of renumbering happens when the state reorganizes its law books to keep related rules grouped together in a logical order.

If you're trying to find the actual rule about criminal procedure that used to live at this number, you'll need to look up Rule 133.470 instead. That's where the current version of this law lives now.
