§ 144.030 [Repealed by 1969 c.597 §281]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially repealed in 1969 through a law change (chapter 597, section 281 of the 1969 Oregon laws).

Since the rule was removed decades ago, it has no legal effect today. If you're looking at older documents or case files that reference this rule, keep in mind that it doesn't apply to current cases. Any rules that replaced it would be found elsewhere in Oregon's current criminal procedure laws.

If you're researching a case or trying to understand current Oregon criminal procedure, you'll want to look at the rules that are actually in effect now, not this repealed one.
