§ 144.045 [1967 c.560 §2; repealed by 1969 c.597 §281]

This rule no longer exists. It was originally passed in 1967, but Oregon lawmakers repealed it in 1969. That means it was officially removed from the law books, and it has had no legal effect for over 50 years.

If you come across a reference to Rule 144.045, it's likely from an old document or an outdated source. You won't find any current rights, requirements, or procedures tied to this number. For any current legal questions in this area, you would need to look at the laws that replaced it after 1969.
