§ 153.355 [Formerly 488.260; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was once part of Oregon's criminal procedure laws, but lawmakers removed it back in 1999.

Before it was repealed, this rule had an earlier number, 488.260, showing it had been renumbered at some point during the state's legal code updates. When a law is repealed like this, it means the rule no longer applies and has no legal effect today.

If you're looking at older case files, contracts, or legal documents that reference this rule, keep in mind it was valid law only before 1999. Anything happening now would need to look at current Oregon statutes instead, since this specific rule was taken off the books over two decades ago.
