§ 153.360 [Formerly 488.270; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oregon law in 1999 through a law change (1999 c.1051 §32).

Before it was repealed, this rule was numbered 488.270. If you're looking at older legal documents or case files that reference this number, know that it no longer applies to current cases. The rule's content was either replaced by other laws, moved to a different section, or eliminated entirely when the legislature updated Oregon's criminal procedure code.

If you need to know what this rule used to say or find out what replaced it, you'll want to check Oregon's legislative history records from 1999 or talk to a legal professional who can research the change for you.
