§ 153.375 [Formerly 488.300; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oregon law in 1999 through a bill known as chapter 1051, section 32.

Before it was repealed, this rule had an older number, 488.300, from a previous version of Oregon's laws. When lawmakers reorganize or update the legal code, they sometimes renumber rules or get rid of them entirely if they're outdated or no longer needed.

If you're looking at older legal documents or court records that reference this rule, keep in mind that it no longer applies. You would need to look at current Oregon law to find out what rules, if any, replaced it or cover the same topic today.
