§ 153.380 [1981 c.626 §6; 1985 c.725 §11; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from the law books in 1999, so it has no legal effect today.

Before it was repealed, the rule had been changed a couple of times, first in 1981 and again in 1985. But since lawmakers repealed it in 1999, none of those older versions matter anymore either.

If you're looking at older documents or case files that mention this rule, keep in mind they may be referring to a law that isn't valid anymore. You'll want to check current Oregon law to find out what rule, if any, replaced it or covers the same topic today.
