§ 153.385 [1981 c.626 §7; 1995 c.658 §82; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was passed in 1981, changed in 1995, and then completely removed from the law in 1999.

Because it was repealed, this rule has no effect on any case today. If you're looking at older legal documents or cases that mention this rule, you'll need to check what law (if any) replaced it. Courts and lawyers would look to current Oregon statutes instead of this repealed section when handling any legal matter now.

If you're researching an old case that relied on this rule, it's worth talking to a lawyer to understand how the repeal might affect that situation.
