§ 153.545 [Formerly 484.200; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It used to be part of Oregon's laws, but lawmakers removed it in 1999 when they passed a new law (1999 c.1051 §32) that got rid of it entirely.

Before that, this same rule was known by a different number, 484.200, which shows it had been renumbered at some point before being repealed. If you're looking at older documents or cases that reference this rule, they were relying on a law that no longer applies today.

Since this rule has been repealed, it has no legal effect now. If you're dealing with a current legal situation, you'll need to look at whatever laws replaced it or check current Oregon statutes to find the rules that actually apply to your case.
