§ 153.550 [Formerly 484.210; 1983 c.399 §1; 1983 c.507 §2; 1985 c.16 §449; 1985 c.669 §17; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule number no longer applies. It was officially removed from Oregon law in 1999.

Before it was repealed, the rule had been changed several times over the years, starting in 1983 and continuing through 1985. It was originally numbered differently (484.210) before being renumbered to 153.550. If you're looking at an older document or case that references this rule, keep in mind it no longer has any legal effect today.

If you need to know what current law covers this topic, you'll want to check the present-day Oregon Revised Statutes, since whatever this rule used to address has likely been moved to a different section or replaced entirely.
