§ 153.995 [Formerly 484.990; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was officially removed from Oregon law back in 1999.

If you're looking at older documents or references that mention this rule, they're pointing to something that was already replaced or eliminated. The number itself has a history: it used to be listed under a different code number (484.990) before being renumbered and later repealed entirely.

If you need to know what this rule used to say or what replaced it, you'll want to check Oregon's current criminal procedure laws directly, since whatever this rule covered may now be handled under a different statute, or it may no longer be part of the law at all.
