§ 153.997 [1991 c.806 §1; repealed by 1999 c.1051 §32]

This rule no longer exists. It was created in 1991, but Oregon lawmakers repealed it in 1999. That means the rule has no legal effect today, and courts cannot rely on it in any case.

You may still come across this rule number in older documents, court cases, or legal research tools. If you see it referenced, treat it as historical information only. Check current Oregon law to find out what rule, if any, replaced it or covers the same topic now.

If you're looking into a legal issue that this old rule once addressed, talk to a lawyer or check the current Oregon Revised Statutes. Laws change over time, and relying on repealed rules can lead to mistakes in understanding your rights or options.
