Rule 80 Reserved (ORCP Not Adopted)

This rule number is currently empty. Oregon Tax Court chose not to adopt this rule, so it does not contain any legal requirements or procedures.

If you're looking for guidance on a specific issue, you'll need to check other rules in the Oregon Tax Court Rules or the related Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure (ORCP), since some tax court rules borrow from the civil procedure rules while others are left blank like this one.

If you were directed here by another document or citation, double check the rule number. It's possible the reference is outdated or points to a different rule set entirely.
