Rule 79 Reserved (ORCP Not Adopted)

This rule doesn't contain any actual content. It's marked "Reserved," which means the number is set aside for possible future use, but no rule has been written for it yet. The Oregon Tax Court also notes that the related Oregon Rule of Civil Procedure (ORCP) was not adopted for this rule number.

In practical terms, this means there's nothing here that applies to your case. If you're looking for guidance on this topic, you'll need to check other rule numbers or sources, since Rule 79 simply serves as a placeholder in the numbering system.
