Rule 3807 Oral Argument

If you want to make an oral argument before the Superior Court, you can ask for one. The court will look at your request and decide whether to allow it.

If the court says yes, it will send notice to everyone involved in the case. That notice will tell them when, where, and how the argument will happen.
