Plain-English Summary (for reference only — not a substitute for the rule text above)
This summary is not the rule. The rule text controls.
If someone wants to challenge whether the court has the right to hear a case, or argue that the paperwork filed in the case is incomplete or improper, they follow the same steps used in a regular civil lawsuit.
This means you do not need to learn a new or special process just because the case involves a different type of proceeding. The standard rules for civil cases already cover how to raise these kinds of objections.
