Rule 3124 Order of sale

When a court orders a sale to pay off a judgment, the plaintiff gets to decide which property gets sold first. They can choose to sell one piece of property at a time or sell multiple properties at the same time.

The goal is to sell enough property to cover three things: the amount of the judgment, any interest owed, and the expected costs of the sale. The plaintiff stays in control of how that happens.
