When you file any paper with the juvenile court in Pennsylvania, the top of that paper must include three things: the child's name written as "In the Interest of [child's name]," the case docket number, and the name of the court handling the case.

This applies to all documents and orders in the case, not just some of them. Getting this information right helps make sure papers are filed under the correct case and keeps the child's records organized.
