Rule 9.04 Official Document or Act

If you're writing a legal complaint or answer and need to mention an official document or an official action (like something a government office issued or did), you don't have to spell out every detail proving it was done correctly. You can simply state that the document was issued, or the act was carried out, in compliance with the law.

This makes the paperwork simpler. Instead of listing every legal requirement that was followed step by step, a person can just say the official document or action met the legal requirements. The other side can still challenge this claim later if they believe it wasn't actually done properly, but the initial paperwork doesn't need to prove it in detail.
