Rule 9.05 Judgment

When you're writing a court paper that mentions a judgment or ruling from another court, board, or official body, you don't have to explain all the details of why that court had the power to make that decision. You can simply state that the judgment or ruling happened.

This makes things easier for everyone involved. If someone wants to challenge whether that other court actually had the authority to make its decision, they have to raise that issue themselves. You don't need to prove it upfront just to mention the judgment in your case.
