Rule 148 Secured by Other Bond

If you already have a bond connected to your case, like an attachment bond, that bond also covers court costs. You do not need to put up a separate bond or payment just to cover costs.

This keeps people from having to pay twice for the same protection. If your existing bond already covers it, you are good to go.
