Rule 218 Jury Docket

Court clerks keep a special list called the "Jury Docket." When someone pays the jury fee or files a form saying they cannot afford the fee, their case gets added to this list in the order it was received.

This list helps the court keep track of which cases are set for a jury trial. Your case will not appear on this list until the fee is paid or the fee waiver form is filed.
